FBI Summer Party 2010 The FBI Summer Party was a huge success! This year’s event was a little warm, but that beats last year’s rain. There was plenty of cold beer (and water) to beat the heat. Special thanks go out to Bryan K. and Christina for hosting the party again this year. Also, a great big thank you to John and Dave for smoking the pork. Great job guys! Iron Brewer Results: Congratulations to team "All Tapped Out" (Tom, Ryan, and Mike B./Kandace) for winning the 2010 Iron Brewer Award. Their Cream Ale took 1st place in the 2nd Annual Iron Brewer contest! |

FBI celebrates National Homebrew Day’s BIG BREW 2010 Saturday, May 1, 2010 The FBI's Big Brew was a huge su ccess! Thanks to all who came out and became part of this world event. It was a perfect day for the FBI to get together for some food, drink, and great stories. As usual, it was a wonderful club and family event. A great time was had by all. This year we had 28 club members and family help to brew a 10 gallon all-grain batch of Scottish Export 80 Shilling Ale. Each year on the first Saturday in May, homebrewers unite non-brewing and brewing friends and family to celebrate National Homebrew Day, joining with thousands of homebrewers from around the world brewing and sharing a simultaneous toast at noon Central Time.
